• Click on the Employers link in the top navigation bar. You will be taken to the Employers Page listing employers. Find your employer in the list. Click on the name. It will take you to your Company Benefits Page. Then click on the benefit link you want. A page detailing the selected benefit will appear.
• Do a search for your employer in the upper left corner of the Employers Page. Type in the name of your company. Your company name will be highlighted if you spelled it correctly, and it is listed on the page. Click on the link provided. It will take you to your Company Benefits Page. Then click on the benefit link you want.
• Do a search for your employer on the Search Page. Click on the link provided. It will take you to your Company Benefits Page. Then click on the benefit link you want.
• Click on a benefit listed on the Home Page. It will take you to the Employer Page. Follow instructions given above.
• Find your employer listed on this Sitemap Page. Clicking on the name will take you to your Company Benefits Page. Follow instructions given above.

Each plan can be printed or downloaded on to your computer. The link will be accompanied by the the gold and blue icon to the right. Click on the link to print or download the file in .PDF file format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the file. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and may be downloaded by clicking here or clicking on any of the Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF icons throughout this website, usually where links to a PDF file are located.
